Blue dress WIP

Michelle's blue dress. It still needs a lot of adjustments, such as the skirts are too long, the ties on the sleeves don't stay tied so they are going to be replaced. the forepart needs beading and the trim will be beaded too. But at least it is "wearable" to some point. See my journals for all the work in progress, and more info about the dress!
